At TanDan Bees, every product is carefully crafted and inspected before it ships. Because our products are handmade and personal-use items, we do not accept returns.
This policy helps ensure the quality, safety, and freshness of every product we sell.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the shipping packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund if necessary
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations including:
- Minor damage during shipping
- Missing items from an order
- Product quality affected during shipping
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
